Returns & Exchanges

Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start the return or exchange process, please contact us via email at hello@griplux.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with further instructions, including the shipping address for returns.

Damages and Product Issues: We inspect all items before shipment, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellation will only be possible if the order has not been shipped.

Return Policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records, as Griplux is not liable for any returns lost in transit.
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including items marked as "final sale" or part of promotional offers.

Exchange Policy:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records.
Fees may apply for exchanges due to incorrect sizes ordered.
Some items are not eligible for exchange, including items marked as "final sale" or part of promotional offers.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it is received at our facility. If your return or exchange is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, excluding original shipping charges.
