Where do you ship from?
GripLux orders ship from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses — most accessories ship from our partner warehouses in Asia, and select items ship from US warehouses. Every order includes tracking.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Most orders arrive in about 5–11 business days after dispatch. You’ll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Will this fit my phone?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After that we can still help as long as the order hasn’t shipped — email hello@griplux.com.
